Anyone in here had this? I had it 14 years ago and still kinda concerned in the back of my mind that this virus or vaccine could trigger it again.

No, but I am familiar with it. Having seen it’s devastating affects first hand, I certainly understand the trepidation

Childhood buddy had it 40 years ago. He fully recovered except nerve damage in one leg. Good athlete reduced to almost nothing athletically, but he's made the most of it. He plays golf but can't do much physically. He had to re-learn how to walk, swallow, talk, eat, etc. He can't take antibiotics and the dr monitors any medication. He contracted GB eating raw oysters.
