Anyone have one?
I still have 9 more weeks of Beyond 5/3/1 1.2 but want to switch it up. Between Beyond 5/3/1 and Boring But Big's 3 month program I'm starting to get burned out.

Here is the basic template from there you can pick any of the exercises on page 57-58
Day 1
Press-2x5,1x5+
Squat-2x5,1x5+
Day 3
Bench or incline-2x5,1x5+
Deads-1x5+ (Work up to one working set)
Day 5
Press-2x5,1x5+
Squats-2x5,1x5+
Day 8
Bench or incline
Squats
Day 10-
Press
Deads
Day 12-
Bench or incline
Squats
This is the base program. Upper body lifts add 2.5# per session.
Lower body add 5lbs per. If you get 10 reps on any exercise you double the weight you add for next session.
As far as what the full program should be depends on your goals. What are you trying to achieve? Let me know and I will make a recommendation on which plug ins to do or which of the 12 weeks at greyskull might fit your goals.

What are you using for those 2x5 lift percentages when you start? 85% of your 1RM?

He doesn't give a lot of guidance on the topic as he tends to have the belief that it shouldn't matter as you will catch up quickly.
My advice is use 85% of your 90% max similar to 531. And honestly it would not hurt to even do 80% to start and adjust according to rules in book and posted above.
