Exertion headaches?

So today and yesterday I'm feeling great all day and after I get a few sets in lifting I start getting a splitting headache. I try to power through and I notice as I'm getting toward the end of a set it's getting progressively worse.

Cut my workout short today and did some googling. This is a first for me. Is there something I can do to prevent these?

From what I'm reading more warm up time could be beneficial.

Mine in '03, Kandahar, we diagnosed as muscle tension headaches. Doc told me to lay off for 2wks and stay hydrated. Worked for me.

I would warm up a little longer if you are able too
Hydrate,
Deep breathing exercises
