Anyone know a DIY recipe for an electrolyte drink? Everything store bought has sugar or artificial sweeteners. TIA.

For 2 Liters of Water
Pink Salt: 1.78 grams or about 1/4 teaspoon (1500 mg)
Potassium Citrate: 2.50 grams or about 1/2 teaspoon (3000 mg)
Magnesium Citrate: 750 mg or about 1/4 teaspoon (1000 mg)
Calcium Lactate: 360 mg or about 1/8 teaspoon (500 mg)
Vitamin B12 Quick Dissolve Tablet: 1 tablet
If I'm using it while hiking for an energy boost and want it to taste good, I add to the recipe:
Table Sugar: 56 grams or about 14 teaspoons or 4.5 Tbsp.
(To get it to the sweetness of Gatorade, you would have to double this sugar amount. But instead of adding more sugar I use sucralose drops to get it to the proper sweetness.)
Sucralose Drops: 11 drops
Kool-Aid packet: 1 packet (Fruit Punch and Orange is best. Cherry is horrible.)
BulkSupplements is the brand I use for Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate and Calcium Lactate. You can find at Amazon.com
Below is an Excel Spreadsheet of Nutrition Facts for several electrolyte drinks. My recipe is the Kooler-Aid one.

Easy version is just use Mortons Lite Salt. It's half salt, half potassium.
1/2 tsp in a 32oz shaker bottle. Squirt of lemon, lime or Mio.
