Yea the topical is actually better. Either sustain alpha or dermacrine. Dermacrine is stronger but can affect test levels after stopping. Sustain alpha won't.

I also recommend testing shgb and dhea levels along with estrogen. Get shgh and low end, dhea at very high end or above using quality oral dhea, and get estrogen to bottom potion of the range, not below if possible.

I’m on TRT and have tendinitis really bad. I’m not sure what you’ve heard but it definitely doesn’t cure tendinitis.
