Computer Glasses

I figured this fell into the "health" category....
People that use a computer for their job 90% of the day or some type of digital screen, do you own these "computer glasses" or blue lens glasses? If so do you feel they actually work? Do you get less headaches, eye soreness, etc..
Just trying to figure out if they are worth buying.

They are definitely worth it. And cheap ones work great too.

Never heard of these. Can anyone suggest a solid brand? I'll make my work pay for them.
