Bucket-handle meniscus tear

Got my MRI results back recently; right knee tear. Yay. Had a tear in my left knee a few years back but the type of tear allowed me to rehab it, no surgery. This one….apparently there’s no way around it.
Anyone with bucket handle tear experience?

Idk what type rest I had but neither were repairable. I had a clean out of each knee I n2014 and haven’t had any trouble again other than occasional pain when getting up from kneeling in church.
