Anyone done it? If so, results?

I've decided to give it a whirl for biceps on recovery days. I do very little direct tough bicep work, so this is an experiment to see if I can build size. The weights are so light I figure it's fine for recovery.

And yeah, it's strictly vanity for biceps.

I know people do it without apparent harm, but it just instinctively seems like a bad idea to me.

Yeah, I get why it would seem dangerous at first blush. Reading studies, it doesn't seem that gets borne out.

I'm keeping sessions under 5 minutes and super light, which is hopefully all conducive to safety. I don't much care about biceps, so this is all basically an experiment to see if I can get some hypertrophy. No reason to go crazy.

Yea for arms I suggest bfr slim bands on amazon, I have the thicker one's and they are great for legs but I used some slim ones and they are much better for arms.
