Worked out last week and noticed pain on top of bicep, closer to the inside of the elbow. Played a softball tourny this weekened.Alot of throws from shortstop and pain is more noticeable now. Worked out chest today and was fine as long as i didnt really use that bicep. Can really feel it pulling. Like if a dumbell is on the ground and reach down to pick it up. No bruising, no swelling. Whats the diagnosis internet doctors? Arm day is tomo :(

Could be a tissue injury, could be pain from a repetitive use pattern.
I got similar issues from low bar squatting until I started banded dislocations to assist with shoulder mobility. I would recommend giving those a shot to see if the pain resolves.
If you start thinking it's a tissue injury, the dislocations won't mess with it while you lay off and let it heal. Online diagnosis is hard, but if you're concerned it's a tear, you don't want to be using it in a way that coukd fully tear it.

not really.. i have full range or motion. Can still lift things, and can still throw a ball. Just notice while picking up with that one arm dull achy pain there.

That's why I started with use injury suggestions. It sounded much more like chronic pain from a bad use pattern. Having better shoulder mobility made a huge difference for me in preventing use injury.
