Cut that caffeine out until after your workout and that looks good.

I’ve actually cut caffeine out of my diet overall except for first thing in the morning. It gets me to the gym and keeps my intensity up. At a 6 a.m. workout this is very important for me.
By 9-10 a.m. every day it’s out of my system and no more caffeine for the rest of the day. I’m more at peace, relaxed, less anxious and agitated. I’m also more emotionally available for my family. I should’ve done it a long time ago.

Connect a light to a timer to go along with your alarm. This is easier to do if single though, unless your wife needs/wants to get up at the same time. Other than that I just have to force myself not to get back into bed after I get up to take a whiz. Hardest to do in the winter time, so really work on it now as it's light out earlier.

I use to have a dimmer timer that was awesome, as it would gradually brighten to mimick a sunrise. Unfortunately it's not being made anymore.
