Amazon sent me the wrong item. But I looked at it and is similar to what I already use. I'm thinking about taking it. But not so sure of softgels. I'm just skeptical how my body will react. Plus it's not FDA approved.
So weight management, fat burning, muscle recovery, lean muscles. Also lowers cholesterol.
Seems way too good to be true.

It is a healthy fat. It works similar to fish oil, but a different oil. I recently started taking it on days when I am not getting enough fat in my diet (with fish oil).
