Anyone supplement with Brewers Yeast?

My father has always sworn by it and he is still a beast at 67.

I've tried it before but it tastes terrible so I never stayed with it.

My wife is going to be using it in her "lactation smoothies" in a couple months once the baby arrives so we are going to be having it around the house.

Should I give it another go or is AA profile similar to products that don't taste like shite?
