My dad had a GI infection a couple of months ago, and, as a result, lost about 25 pounds. In order to get his weight back up, his doctor recommended he add this benecalorie to his diet.

I’d never heard of it before, and we were talking about him his daily calorie target when he mentioned he adds this stuff to his smoothie and it adds like an extra 350 calories. I basically hit him with the no f’ing way type of response.

Well, sure enough, I hit up google, and 1.5 oz of this stuff is 330 freakin calories. What in the world is this stuff? I’m someone who struggles to hit their calories when I’m bulking. Is it safe to regularly add this stuff to a shake? I can’t imagine being able to take my 400 cal shake up to almost 750 calories.

That would be a game changer for hitting my calorie goals. Appreciate the help!
