Most people, and I’ve said this so no judgement, don’t want to look muscular because we are lazy.

Hard to begin new habits and lifestyle at your age...one day at a time.

My mom passed away a few weeks ago. Before that, I was helping care for her, then back to be there before she passed, then back for the funeral, then Thanksgiving, the OU game (I made Jambalaya for 60 at my daughter's tailgate) and now moving my daughter into a new apartment in Austin has really intruded on me staying consistent, but I worked out three X last week, and headed out in a few minutes to head to the fitness center. But yes, getting it into a habit took a lot of self-reflection and scolding when I would just want to sit and watch TV.
