6' 240lbs at 1700-2000 cals seems ridiculously crazy to me.
I'm only 5'4, 145 and 1650 calories is what I do and it almost drives me insane.
Maybe check your TDEE again man.
Anyways. I drink alot of coffee to curb my appetite and I do roughly 150g of protein/ 100g carbs/ 60-70g of fat.
Breakfast I usually do coffee with milk and sugar, and I make this "breakfast cheesy casserole thing". Look it up online, but basically it's alot of eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, and chicken breakfast sausage. Really good macros.
Lunch, I like chili alot because you can get fiber in along with alot of protein. I just use ground beef but siphon out as much fat as i can.
Then for dinner you just need to eat chicken breast and veggies. and supplement maybe one shake in if you need it.
I can give you more advice if you want. but this was already probably too long according to tiger droppings experts

Diet should look something like this
This is a smart post.
I've learned a very similar method over the years weightlifting.
