Basically my entire bag needs a shaft upgrade, who can do this if I bring the shafts?

I think his name is Pat... but he plays/hangs out around Greystone. Give the pro shop a call. Seemed reasonable and from what I understand, he knows what he's doing.
I know Dicks also does it, but I only trust them with simple things.

Robert Patt. Call Greystone. His house/shop is right outside the gates.

Do it yourself. It’s not that difficult. I started about 6 months ago and I’m able to regrip, cut and reshaft my clubs.
All you need is a hand held torch (bought from Home Depot) epoxy from Edwin watts and some shafting beads.
You can order shafts and ferrules online and cut the shafts with a tube cutter if you don’t have a circular saw.
Watch a YouTube video and you won’t spend hundreds of dollars modifying your clubs.

Unless you are constantly going to be swapping shafts this is pointless. Just had 10 clubs reshafted and bent for less than $200. You'll spend almost that for the equipment. Just let a professional do it.

I do have multiple sets of clubs and the materials cost less than $40 so it’s much more cost effective to do it myself.

If you already have the tools maybe. My point is if you're going out to buy all the tools to do it once its not worth it.

Heavily considering doing them myself. I typically enjoy DIY stuff. I’d mostly be concerned about getting the swing weight right and having them dry correctly

Swing weighting is time consuming and labor intensive! Club champion in Nola can do them for you

I’ve decided to do them myself, swing weighting isn’t too bad.
