who has played Pelican Hill in Newport California?

going to California for the first time and I am playing both courses at Pelican Hill, I am told they are nice, anyone have any experience on them?

Played the South course a couple years ago, one of the best courses I've ever played.

Consider yourself lucky...and broke. Beautiful courses, beautiful scenery but everything is CALIFORNIA priced. Go early and have lunch in the clubhouse. Sit on the patio and enjoy the scenery.
