I can watch golfers struggle any day of the week locally. I want to see elite golf where course conditions aren't the reason for doubles or worse.

Challenging of course. What does 30 under prove other than the course was setup to be a score fest and Golfer A just got a bit more lucky that B.
This US Open has been way more entertaining watching the best in the world struggle.
Also Oakmont being your home course has got to be absolutely incredible and miserable all at once

Augusta doesn’t seem to be as punishing as it once was..many saves were made from errant drives ant the masters this year where missed fairways were punished this week
