And its harder to get there when you have to replant and drop the club down a foot to the inside, thats not that hard to grasp.

I'm way too in the weeds on this, but it's comical to me when people say pros swings are actually their kryptonite. You're reaching. It's not hard when you're a professional golfer and the move is all you've ever known. Especially when his action with his hips and chest basically clear the club into the right place for him. Again, it's a ball striking game, not a what it looks like at the top game. Gankas has been debunking the "Wolff's swing looks like shite" myth since he started working with him.

I've followed Gankas for years and like him but think he talks some shite too, yes all pros swings are their kryptonite and they all have tendencies that come out under pressure. Greg Norman and his over hip slide push right is a great example.

Which is exactly why it’s much more of a mental problem than a physical one.

Which is why you the simplest actions are easy to repeat under pressure IMO.

HIs swing is too inconsistent and timing based. Other issues aside.

There was an article insinuating he felt particularly isolated during Covid. As someone with OCD, being a professional golfer would be extremely tough, I’d obsess over every bad shot.

What fascinates me about golf is how unpredictable it is week to week. You have DJ go from winning the Masters 6 months ago to missing the cut, Im Finishing second to finishing behind old farts like Sandy Lyle.
