Waste Management Phoenix Open advice / must do's

Traveling to Phoenix for a bachelor party with 8 buddies for WM Open. We plan on going to the tournament Saturday Feb 2nd. A few questions:
-Is there an affordable option to ensure a seat on the 16th hole for a group? (I've heard getting their super early is the only option without paying up for skybox / VIP areas)
-Is their better holes / areas to experience than the 16th hole? (i.e. should we spend all of our time on 16th hole or not)
-Any other recs would be great
TIA

I’ll be there too
Check stub hub for tickets on 16, but there’s a massive line starting at 4, on Saturday golfers won’t make it to 16 until like 8 hours later. So it might be worth box tickets.
A guy I know showed up at 730 and couldn’t get into 16. No laying up has a YouTube video on it.

You can go another golf tournament if you want to watch golf. I did it last year and it was awesome. It took us a few hours to get into 16 because we went out late the night before i would suggest getting there early. Any later than 9am will have you waiting a few hours. The line is fun since you are drinking and people watching between the women and the drunks
It’s first come first serve in the morning then one out/one in after that.
16 is a pain in the arse but it’s absolutely awesome once you are in.

You are not going to regret it. Inside the stadium is the happiest crowd of drunks you’ll ever be around

We had a group of 14 or 15 guys that gave the security guy 200 bucks to sneak us in. We went on a Friday so this may not work on the weekend.
We milled around the area and on his signal went up the stairs in pairs or 3's every few minutes until we were all in. Seating wasn't a problem once we got in.
Awesome experience.
