TPC bought an old CC sweet water country club. Apparently they rebranded everything and plan to put a bunch of money into it. 36 holes. Anyone been out there? FWIW it’s a private TPC.

I belonged to Sweetwater CC for two years.
Loved the courses, but some of the members , well I will just leave it at that.
While it Clubhouse is nice but dated.
It need to be renovated.
The changes will be interesting, I haven't heard a start date yet. If they have KF tournaments there, it will be interesting to see how the handle the traffic and parking.

They are paying for the TPC name, it's a licensing deal. The current owners wanna flip it for big bucks. There are currently no plans to host any level of tour event. I wish the TCH would move there so I can actually play Memorial more often.

Played it a few weeks ago, was in pretty good shape, although I never played it when it was Sweetwater

I believe every course management company has been involved with Sweetwater at one time or another.
I know, CCA and I believe the Palmer Group twice.
