That goat ranch is prime real estate and should be used as such. Like a new arena.

15 years ago I would have thought it would be blasphemy to destroy the golf course and put an arena there. I had a hard enough time dealing with them closing the old front nine.
But now--if you can not effectively run the course, then blow that shite up and start building a new Kim-MAC.

The worst kept secret in the world is that the administration is purposefully tanking it so when they time comes they can show it is a cost burden and produces very little revenue and would perfect location for new PMAC
