Had a bad ingrown thumbnail…. This morning doc cut a piece out to relieve pressure.

I’ve got a tournament in two weeks… anyone ever have something similar? How long before you could play again?

Which thumb?

Any stitches?

Once the stitches are out, give it a try.

For a right handed golfer, right thumb may be ok with a wrap/bandage. I don’t do a much with the right thumb, but maybe others do marvelous things in golf with their right thumb.

The left thumb may be subject to more pressure in the grip.

I’d ask the doctor, then tape a bandaid on it, and give it a range session.

Wrap that mf’er up with a bandaid and some cloth tape and you’ll be good to go
