I don't mind the early wrist set.
Looks like you come a little inside on the backswing. At the top there's a little casting with some over-the-top going on. I'd guess you primarily hit a left to right shot? All in all not a bad swing at all. Get an alignment rod to keep you from coming too far inside on the backswing. Also work on dropping your hands as you open your hips at the beginning of the downswing.

Can't tell from the angle, but looks like some possible early extension (goat humping). Also, losing a lot of angle on the downswing.
