Tell me everything wrong with this swing

It looks like I open the face very quickly on my backswing. I've always had a very inside, flat backswing. I've tried to remedy it but it's still there.
ETA:
This ended up being a good drive and I'm a decent player despite my faults. Just always trying to improve.

A little bit of sway. Coming forward on your right toe instead of transitioning on the side of your foot as you shift weight. Think like a pitching coming off the rubber.
Disclaimer: I'm not a teacher. I could very well be wrong. But if you miss on the heel sometimes, this could be why. It's the same thing I get in trouble doing.

Looks fine.
How far did it go?

I have a fairly flat swing as well. Nothing wrong with a flat swing.
The first thing I noticed was you look pretty rigid at address and looks like you're reaching for the ball. This might just be the camera angle though.

You just need to turn more on ur backswing. More hip turn which would bring your left knee in more on backswing. Probably losing distance because of it.

Sub par would have been better.

I wouldn't worry about backswing at all right now, not your primary issue here.
Your downswing is all upper body. Just before impact your arms are scrunched up cause you've got no room to swing. Ideally, your hips should be about 25* more open at impact than they are, this will pull your left shoulder back so your left arm is straighter.
Your upper body is flat in the backswing. You need to get more side bend(this requires using your obliques and will probably feel weird at first), this will allow you to turn on the spot, get the club and your shoulders more vertical in the backswing and stop your sway.
But like I said, I'd get the lower body movement down first because it'll make working on the upper body much easier.
These vids should help:

It looked pretty good to me. What's your handicap and how long have you been playing?

Inside and flat with no hip turn which is why the legs sway. I know the feeling, your a good enough athlete to make it work but you misses are fricking miserable when your timing is off. A stick on the hip to stop the sway and one in the ground to stop that club from coming inside on take away.

Need to see a DTL, that actually doesn't look bad.
If I had to guess you're very laid off at the top.

There are also those who simply downvote posts based on the poster and not the content.
That's what I've been saying since day one. But, since it's ME SAYING IT, IT"S bullshite & AUTOMATICALLY DOWN VOTED.

Thank you sir. Unfortunately one of the charter members of my fan club balanced it out with a down vote.

So I guess they downvote just to keep in practice?

Extremely hard to be this specific with that video. In any case, you do not want to transition to the "side" of your lead foot. I want to be more centered more toward the heel.

Yeah. I didn't word that well. Again, no teacher. I meant his back foot. It looks like his right knee comes forward some.
