Anyone have a recommendation for stay and play type resort in Arizona?

We-ko-pa and the boulders come to mind. Honestly there are so many options in the area I wouldn’t want to limit myself to one resort

It depends on what you are looking to get out of the trip. Who is going with you and how many rounds are you wanting to play? How long are you staying?
Options vary between WeKoPa/Boulders as above are good and both have two courses. The WeKoPa courses are different whereas the Boulders are more similar.
Dove Mountain outside Tucson is nice and they have 27 holes. It’s very high quality.
Seven Canyons staying at Enchantment resort is the best setting.
Again, it depends what you’re goals are.

Going with fiance ... no kids... something for her to enjoy while I play during the days.
Probably get in two or three rounds in four days

What time of year are you going?
I would probably lean towards the Boulders or Seven Canyons given your criteria. Budget will matter though as these places can be pricey depending on time of year.

If you decided to go to Enchantment/Seven Canyons there is another course or two you could play in Sedona if you wanted. Seven Canyons is the best in that area. You could also do some easy hiking in the area. The spa there is rated the top spa in North America as well. Sedona is a cool town to drive around and explore.
The Boulders would be a bit more driving if you wanted to go and see the area. It has nice amenities at the resort as well.
Check out those places and let me know what you think. If they are out of the budget, you could look into a place called the Legacy in Phoenix. It’s a fun course but not at the level of the others previously mentioned. But you could also drive to other courses in Phx/Scottsdale area. WeKoPa is essentially an Indian Casino resort, so you can know what to expect there.

Agree with what everyone said. Played Seven Cayons on my anniversary trip with the wife this February.
Unfortunately I played in snow flurries but it was amazing views for golf.
We were the youngest adults at the resort though. I thought we were at a swingers resort.

Highly recommend the Boulders or the Four Seasons Troon North. Can’t go wrong with either place if you are ok with the price point.
I prefer the Troon courses to the Boulders, but that’s like splitting hairs. Both are great. Boulders might have a little more happening off the course for your lady friend.

I echo the last post. Stayed at the Boulders and played one of courses, but can’t remember which one. Resort was very nice, food and spa were great - try the “chilaquiles” for breakfast!
Played Troon North Monument course also and I also think it was a little better than the Boulders. 11, 15 & 16 were great holes

I agree that Troon North both courses are a bit nicer than the Boulders. If you are staying at either Four Seasons or Boulders a couple other courses you could check out that are also fun and pretty nice are Legend Trail and Verde River. Those courses will also give you a Desert golf feel with cactus and Mountain views.
