The greens keeper has been working hard. The place obviously isn’t great but shite $16 bucks! The greens are much better than they were year and half ago. The fairways were cut. Sand in the bunkers.

I played it a couple times in the past few weeks and it was in ok condition. Rough was reasonable and the greens were almost puttable. 
I didn't hit any in the sand so I can't comment on that. I did lose one in those stupid bushes but ended up finding about a dozen balls that people gave up on.

I would saw the rough is a little thick on a couple holes. I was able to find most if not all of them tho

There was sand and weeds scattered but no green was complete shite
