Yikes. You think the tour help themselves if they claim the pros are employees and cannot compete elsewhere?
It was a compulsory counterclaim. Don’t read too much into it.

I am. However, not the type of attorney that deals with these cases. So take my opinion for what it’s worth. If they get into tax issues…I’m your guy.

Thanks for the response. I'm 75 & retired. I don't have any tax issues, at least ones that I'm aware of.
