Anyone been before with recommendations? Can you set up chairs on one hole then walk around and leave them there? Sit on the grass? Must bring items?

Chairs not a particularly good idea. Few places to sit. Greens and fairways are all elevated
Bring lots of sunscreen, a hat, some low power binoculars. And comfortable walking shoes. Lots of walking on sand.
I live a modest par 4 from the Ocean Course. It's a fabulous course to play or watch.

I've heard Kiawah is a brutal course to walk. Certainly wouldn't want to be lugging around a chair all day.
