I have not played this tract in over 5 years. (Maybe closer time 10) At one time it was a lot of fun. I heard they added another course (a 8 hole course? Par 3 course?)

Anyway... why kind of shape is it in? I rarely see anything posted about it

Pelican is a 27 hole course, and has probably been that way for 10 years. I don't remember exactly when they closed the front 9.

Not sure about the conditions, it's been a while since I played there. It's a bit pricey.

There is Pelican Point Links - 18 holes and Pelican Point Lakes - 9 holes.

The links is in good shape with good greens - priced @ $75 I believe, and the Lakes is $40'ish and typically in decent shape.

Pelican Point's Links Course is terrific.

The greens actually roll. The fairways are actually fairways.

I think it's better than Carter, but I lean to Beaver Creek a little more over it because of the tree lines on many holes.

If Pelican Point had more holes like hole 18, it would be incredible.

Pelican is solid. Lay out and condition wise it’s definitely better than average. I think they are off their rocker asking 70+ dollars to play it though.

Lakes(9 hole) course just punched and sanded. Otherwise that course is in good shape. Their Lakes course deal just ended yesterday.

Roughs are actual fairways as well.

Greens are solid for the area... everything else is meh.
