Bay Hill, but you have to stay there.
Orange County National. I prefer Panther over Crooked Cat
Grand Cypress, Ritz, and Waldorf are always in good shape. The courses wont wow you, but they’re fun tracks close to Orlando.
If you don’t mind driving a bit, definitely try to go out to Streamsong. I think Black is the only course open at the moment.
You can also drive 30 or so minutes to El Campeon or Reunion—they have several courses design by Nicklaus, Palmer, and Watson.

How much are you planning on paying per round?
Where in Orlando?
Are you will to drive 1 hour West for exceptional golf*?
*Streamsong if you can.
Orange County National (Panther Lake & Crooked Cat)
Southern Dunes
Falcon's Fire
Eagle Creek
Waldorf Astoria at Disney
Shingle Creek
Champions Gate
Mission Inn

Winter Park Golf Course is a nine hole course that is always discussed on the Fried Egg Lie podcast. Supposed to be a fun design for great price. Not far from Sea World

Streamsong Red and Blue are closed until October. I think they’re re-doing the greens. You can only play Black right now.

I enjoyed Celebration Golf Club when I played it.

Red is highest ranked by golf pubs.
I hear that Red and Blue are closed through October.
Black is the newest addition. Gil Hanse design.
