Thanks. Like I said, we are all hackers. However, I am a hacker who can afford to play and can afford lots of balls. I would rather play a more open course, but this is two miles from where we are staying. It will be fine. We are gonna drink a few beers, lose a few balls and have a fantastic time.

It's not always in phenominal shape. We were there in early March and it was hammered dog shite.
They had the US Open local qualifier there last month and apologized to the players because it was so bad.
I'll never play it again and we have a group of 60 that goes every year. I'll go hang out but won't play. It's awful

Well damn that sucks, it was green and lush when I played there last summer.

Hopefully it's gotten better, for your sake. How you can't grow bermuda grass on sandy soil in Florida is beyond me.

Loved playing The AC Reed course when I was stationed in Pensacola. Nothing fancy but the price was right.
