Back on topic - actually kinda sad to see this. Oak wing was on a little bit of a roll there hosting some stroke play events and even LGA/USGA qualifiers at one time if I remember

Still can’t believe the AGCC is no more . All these know it alls jumped ship from the club for “ a more challenging course “. Now they have a dump with a concrete jungle airport next to it . The country club was like a mini Augusta . It wasn’t the toughest course but it was fun to play . I’ve talked to several old members who admitted they fricked up by bailing the AGCC.
