I'm playing Oak Harbor soon and haven't played there in a couple of years. Has anyone played there recently and if so, is it in good shape?

One of my favorite layouts. Fairways are typically hard and not that great, but also not terrible. Greens are usually in good shape, just not that fast... although last time I was out there less than a month back they were actually pretty quick.

It can be a beast if the wind is blowing.

Wind is always blowing!

I play it once a week, it’s in good shape. Greens are always good. Only knock is a few tee boxes are really bad.

Greens are usually slow.... almost comically slow.

Fairways can get rock hard but idk how much rain they've gotten lately, so it's relative... after storms you get a decent fairway experience.

As a whole, it's the best layout and most fun you'll have playing in Slidell.

Played last Sunday. Greens aren't too bad. Rock hard though. Tee boxes are in bad shape and you'll have to pick your spots. Seems like they're redoing quite a bit of the bunkers. Can't really complain for $45 on a Sunday

It’s a great course for the northshore. Played last few weeks. Playing again Saturday.
