Thinking about buying new wedges, Cleveland, vokey etc. Thoughts? I have been playing ping tours for 10 yrs.

Unlike irons and drivers, wedges really haven't added much distance in the last 10 years. Your spacing probably won't change much, but its still a good idea to get on some sort of trackman get gap spacing down.

Companies like Cleveland have cavity back wedges now too, I have them for gap wedge because its basically another iron for me, then a conventional wedge for my sand and lob.

Research bounce if you aren't familiar, I'll just link to Vokey's website which explains. LINK

Vokey also has different grinds for various applications and feel for golfers, its a whole bigger rabbit hole you can go down if you are a serious player.

I'd definitely suggest hitting a bunch of different brands then narrowing it down to 2 or so and trying to get fitted for bounce and gap spacing.

I love my vokey SM7's. I'm a better wedge player than the guys I play with that have years of golf experience on me.

Vice balls, have heard good things

I've read mixed reviews on them- and have my doubts they're in the same realm consistently as the balls you mentioned.

Some balls in that performance realm for a cheaper price though are the Snell MTB-X and the Srixon Z star (and XV). I love bridgestone balls as well and opt for them off the tee in tight fairways. Straightest ball for me.

There are several youtube videos comparing the performance data and it's damn near equal across the board for snell/srixon and PV1, TP5. The Srixons are at the same price point for the 2020 line, but the older models are in the $25/dozen range.

58 degree K grind is my secret weapon on my home course. I end up in thick stuff and fluffy stuff more often than i'd like and that wedge mitigates my previous error

Vice balls are long. The vice pro + is for 105 swing speeds and up; the vice pro is a tier below that. Paint chips pretty easily but otherwise great balls that REALLY SPIN.
