Well, I'll say I started this thread a just a LIV event, yet it spirals.....bopper, you know for a fact LIV players want to play PGA events and LIV is ok with that. The PGA is the one denying them the right......that is a fact.

Don't dispute that at all.
I was making the point that the LIV Contract can be very restricted.
When this first started, the LIV Players said they wanted to play less, travel less and spend more time with their families.
If they have to play all LIV events, travel to Thailand and other countries and then they want to play the majors and some PGA Tour events, then we know that was B.S.
As far as the thread spiraling, I apologize for my part arguing with the meat head.
I will stay out of LIV discussions going forward, Yall have a right to talk about them.

What is cool about LIV is apparently LIV funds families being at their events....allows players to have family around for the week.....I'm not saying that as fact, but it seems players do have family around them at most events.
I will not argue the BS about fewer events and more family time....that is all BS, I can admit that....but it is apparent LIV does make it a family friendly atmosphere....
What is also apparent, PGA is seriously jealous and butthurt...that is a fact. I hope the majors allow the top players to play their events.

I missed that edit....but that's a big meh, just say what you want to say......I was just starting a LIV thread...it was a good tourney....Smith kicked arse....I think it's a good event, too bad the PGA will not work with them better...like they do with the DP tour and the boring LPGA.

True. But that is not relevant to the legal aspects.

Please don’t. It’s clear you are a big fan of the game. As am I. And we can have differing opinions. I appreciate hearing counter arguments.

You got me. I honestly only watch it casually. Maybe 4-5 Sundays a year. Please forgive me.

No harm, no foul. That explains the ignorance of a lot of the issues. No biggie.
