He's 11-1-3 in 4-some events at the Presidents Cup and 5-6-2 in the Ryder Cup. Can you name a single golfer, maybe even all-time, with a better record than that?
I don't disagree he hasn't exactly earned a captains pick based on his play on Tour; however, he has historically shown he knows how to win in the events even when his play on Tour suggests otherwise
