Headed out to Jamaica with the wife for 7 days in mid July. We are staying at the Sandals Ochi resort which gives me free greens fees at the course. Anyone ever played it? Any tips or recommendations? I’ll rent clubs and all when I get there. Plan on playing 2-3 times. TIA

I played the Sandals in Emerald Bay twice. I was gonna rent clubs, but I believe it was $65 per round. It was cheaper for me to bring my own clubs, so that's what I did. They also tried to charge me $35 for my wife to just ride in the cart, wasn't gonna pay that so I just picked her up a little ways away from the clubhouse. Outside of that everyone was very nice and laid back, all facilities and course conditions are top notch. I would assume Sandals Ochi is the same

I played there about 7 years ago. Decent little course, but they require you to have a caddie which I thought was dumb.

Played there last year. Wide open course. Taylor Made club rentals. Play with a caddie but they will walk and grab your ball if you hit OB and place it back in play. If you’re playing just to get out and play it’s a nice enough course. Nothing very fancy but not terribly far from the resort.
