Those were sustained winds, not gusts either. I played it in 25-30 and it isn’t a fun day. I can see pace of play slowing to a crawl in those conditions.
sure but pros playing in a major golf tournament have a bunch of spotters each hole to find their balls and are going to hit fewer balls into the shite than the weekend warriors who take a golf trip to scottland. I can see pace of play slowing down, but not to the tune of 6+ hours. That's absurd
