Try Dry Hands. Works way better than baby powder.

In the summer, I rotate gloves during the rounds when my hands get sweaty. In the spring/fall/winter, I'll get several rounds in on a glove without changing TBH

I don't wear gloves but they make rain gloves. I'm told they work well even when wet

Unit it gets slick. Take it off between shots and attach to rail of cart to air dry between shots.
