I like playing Greystone as a change of pace, but I’m not sure I’d enjoy it as a home course.

Like others have said, it's truly a course that tests your game ability. It forces you to hit certain shot shapes.

The greens were fantastic both times I went this year.

Played here yesterday for the first time. I had been a bit nervous about it bc I’m a high HC and a few of the fairways are more narrow than I’m used to playing. But overall it was in great shape, better than any of the brec courses currently, altho I had t been to Santa Maria since they punched, but the greens are far better than beaver right now. It’s different, but I look forward to playing it again.

Was out there last Sunday for a Jr tourney

Maintenance was well below average (was told several mowers were broken and all they had working was 1 six footer and it showed - brutal rough just a few inches off the fairway)

Greens were average but have potential

Lots of forced carries, and a few holes that are just wonky designs, which is tough for high HC’s

Clubhouse seemed nice and busy w families

Range was in good shape
Small-ish putting green; if there’s a crowd it will be tough to find a spot

My opinion only

Yeah, played last Sunday and it was a nightmare... You about had to be standing on top of your ball to find it and then it was ridiculously sticky to punch it out of there... I played TPC yesterday and the rough was similar.. Not sure why but it was a pain in the arse as well.. Lost 2 balls that I watched land in the fairway an bounce into the rough and couldn't find them.. absolutely infuriating

Just got home from Santa Maria. Greens are in rough shape right now, but at least they discounted the round for it. $42 with tax
