I got fitted last winter and tried some graphite. They do make them for higher swing speeds now and i couldn't tell much of a difference but the computer showed a difference. Definitely get fitted before you spend the money. It's worth it.

I use steel because I walk and graphite shafts can got bad “bag rash” from leaning against the bag dividers and sides.
Modern steel shafts can be lite. Mine are PXGs 0211s with 95gm steel shafts.
If you ride, bag rash is not as much of an issue.
I do have graphic for my longer clubs, driver and fairway woods.

No I am saying the exact opposite. I am saying the make both steel and graphite shafts for ALL swing speeds.
ETA. And, the shaft one needs is based on numerous factors not just swing speed.

Flex can help either high or low swing speeds.
Weight can help with things like transition.
Get fitted.
