haven’t played it this year. will play there mid-june. it’s always been in decent shape when i’ve played it.
alpine bay was supposed to be an exclusive community course. plans fell through. there’s an abandoned apartment/condo complex bordering a fairway. tennis courts are in disrepair. the locals banded together to keep the golf going. it could have been exclusive, but would probably would have been out of my price range. the course has some character. it is a straight 18 continuous hole course. #9 does not take you back to the clubhouse.
