Any of you fellas have good drills for minimizing or eliminating sway in backswing?

Focus on keeping your left knee over your left foot in your backswing

Put a ball under your right foot (assuming you're right handed). Put it on the outer half of the ball of your foot so the outer portion of the foot is slightly off the ground.

Feet together drill.

Both of those drills sound great! Do you just do enough reps with them so that they get transferred to your regular swing?

Sometimes I narrow my stance IF I feel like I’m swaying.

Feet together drill just makes it where you feel the club moving around you instead of you swaying off the ball.

Another one that can work is to put your back foot behind your front foot and just hit balls sort of on one foot. You can’t sway and hit it.

Full disclosure, I am struggling with low point control so I recommend you see a teaching pro for one thirty minute lesson.

Great drill. To achieve the same effect in your setup, internally rotate your right ankle. Having your weight on the inside will help your hips rotate whereas the weight being on the outside will promote a sway.

This little change/pre-check in my setup has allowed me to have much better balance and rotation.

Teach your body what rotating feels like. Don’t just focus on bottom half drills.

That being said, I try to wind up on trail leg like a coil, then release it when I’m at the top. Can’t sway and coil at the same time.

May also look into mobility drills

Basically. If I feel like I'm swaying, I'll do it for a few swings and then go back to normal after I get the proper feel back. If you're really struggling, you can hit a stack of balls or play a round like that and your body will start to grasp the concept.

Hit balls with your feet very close together, like 4-5" apart. It will force your body to coil instead of sway.

When you address the ball just prior to swinging put tension in your right knee by trying to twist your right foot (if you’re right handed) to the right while keeping it planted.

If you can sway back while doing that you’ll be the first person I know who can.

Hold your shaft parallel to the ground on your chest with your arms crossed. Put your feet together and get into an athletic swing posture. Slowly raise your lead leg keeping it bent and then rotate on your back leg. You’ll have no choice but to rotate and not sway.
