Has anyone had any luck getting on the private courses like Camp Creek, Shark’s Tooth or Burnt Pine? If so, an tips would be appreciated. Will a call from the pro at my club in LA do any good if I have a foursome looking for a mid-week round?

Thanks

Shouldn’t be an issue but I’m pretty sure Burnt Pine will run you around $120 and the other two double that, especially Camp Creek, out of the 3 Camp Creek is the best.

Thanks, I’ll check with the group and see if they want to splurge on Camp Creek. I don’t mind paying if it is a memorable course, but if it’s just priced high to promote an image, then there seems to be plenty of other good options. I may focus on Burnt Pine, Windswept Dunes and Kelly Plantation.

I didn’t think Burnt Pine was worth the $, but it’s a good course with some good holes just nothing spectacular.

In my opinion, Camp Creek is the best course in NW Florida with Sharks tooth a close second.

I usually have the clubhouse at Regatta call when I want a tee time at Camp Creek but I had some success at getting on before I was a member here.

If there isn’t much scheduled for the day, anyone can usually call and get a group on.

Good to know. I’ll probably wait on Camp Creek and see if we can call and get on one afternoon when they are not as busy.
