Played there yesterday. The asst. Pro said the Course is not closing down and it was just a rumor.

The greens looked nice and were fast as heck.

The fairways are green, but still a little matted down from winter. And they could use some rain.

We played in 3 hours, 45 minutes which gave us extra time for beers at Floyds.

Based on the previous report, I’ve probably told 50 people that they were being sold to a developer

The practice green is in horrible shape and has been for months. The super already left for Jersey Meadows.

Who knows what the real truth is on the rumors.

It was a waste of time even putting on it before our last round. It's nothing like the other greens.

I actually had the best round that I have had in months there on Tuesday .

But what in the hell is up with those 2 trees in the right part of the fairway on 18 when you have water on the left side ?

I ended up 15 yds behind them and had to punch a low shot to the green.

A golf buddy sent me a screenshot from Cypress Lakes golf course in Cypress Tx stating that course has been sold and will cease operations on July 6,2025. I’m trying to get confirmation, sad if true

Played there a couple weeks ago for the first time in years. They’re turning the course around. Was in really good shape.

5+ hour round tho.

Turning into houses.

Jersey Meadows is making positive strides.
