Bought a Copper TaylorMade Spider X Putter

3 weeks ago I bought a Odyessey Stroke Lab 10 putter that is shaped like the Spider. Sorry to say that I just can't stand the way the Stroke Lab shafts feel.
Took it back to Golf Galaxy yesterday and got the Copper Spider X with the white sight lines after testing the Ping Hepplers, other Odyessey's, etc...
Love the putter, it really frames the ball very well and the black KBS shaft is what I am use to feeling.
The insert is a tad firmer, so I have to work on my distance control a little.
So far so good for now.

Just a really different feel, kind of like the adjustable shaft that Ping uses.
Hard to describe, maybe it didn't feel solid to me ? but the stroke lab is not for me, hope it works out for you.
Hopefully this Spider works out or I will just order a regular fixed shaft on the Ping Tyne 4.
I plan on spending every morning on the putting green for the next 5 days. The rest of my game is in sync for the rare moment and I hate losing strokes to putting.

I just bought one as well. I had the Stroke Lab 10 as well and then a Toulon Las Vegas with the Stroke Lab shaft.
I like it so far. The face feels better than the Odyssey SL faces to me.

I agree. I like the TM insert better than the Strokelab insert.
For me, the best feeling insert was the Odyssey White Hot Pro, hate that they got away from it.

I played the White Hot #6 all through high school and college. I have an Odyssey #9 with the metal insert too.
The Spider X face has a pretty good feel to it. I sold a Bettinardi to buy it, so hopefully it works out well lol

First putting green session this morning.
Feels very accurate 10 feet in.
Still work to do on the lag putting with it.
Going to work on 20 footers tomorrow morning.
Gnats are freaking terrible right now.
