Can almost guarantee that your head is getting ahead of the ball in the downswing, and it might not be by much, but it doesn't take much. If you slide towards the target it throws the entire path of the club off. Usually this happens when we try to hit it a little harder. Focus on a spot on the very back of the ball and keep your eye on it until you hit it. This should keep you from moving too much

Driver was my worst club, so bad to where I would seldom use it. Over the last few rounds & trips to the range, I've raised my tee height, moved the ball to my front foot, and adjusted my right hand grip.

Today I hit the driver longer and straighter than I ever have. And it wasnt so much an issue with the actual swinging of the club, but rather the set up.
