Playing Augusta Pines this weekend, The Woodlands, TX. Anyone have an experiences they'd like to share?

I played it once maybe 4 or 5 years ago. I don't remember much about the layout other than I enjoyed it, but I distinctly recall it being in absolute perfect condition. It seemed to be a very well run course.

I played it a few months ago. It was in good shape. Woodforest is about 20mins north and I think it is a much better course.
