There are a couple of paid range finder apps on apple watch/iPhone.
Have any of you used any of them/are they worth a shite?

never tried a paid one, but Hole19 worked for me and it was free

The Grint has a simple app which gives yardage to the center of the green and a simple score tracking system. Always remember to give the watch a few seconds to adjust once you stand next to your ball.

Hole 19 works. I have found that the yardage isn't always accurate. But you aren't paying for it to be, so why worry about it.

18 Birdies always seems to be dead on or within a couple yards. It's free.

I got Arccos about a month ago and love it, seems to be very accurate in regards to distances. although it definitely isnt designed for just that.

I’m a paid subscriber to Golf Pad, and they have a watch app. It’s accurate enough for quick distances, especially on well known courses. I’ve found distance readings on Carter Plantation to be within a few yards of my rangefinder shots.
Plus the scoring system is fantastic. I don’t use a card to keep score anymore.
